Jaira Carter helps build and strengthen relationships between Defining Tomorrow and the communities it serves. She has a passion for community began through years of being involved in church and local outreach, where she discovered a love for bringing people and organizations together. She enjoys building relationships across the community and helping connections turn into meaningful collaboration.

Jaira also serves as a Youth Director at Oasis Church, where she continues to invest in the next generation. She loves meeting new people and learning about the work others are doing to serve and support their communities.

Outside of work, Jaira enjoys spending time with family and friends, finding the best food spots around town, and—of course—shopping.
